Do you work on one quilt at a time, or are you like me and have no less than three happening all at once?
And I won't even tell you how many are in my sketch pad or how many have the fabrics pulled out waiting to be made=)
This is my black and white quilt for the challenge at our guild. We were allowed to use 10% of other colours. Thank goodness! I did a patch background and then lay screening on top, and cut holes through it.
As I had never worked with screening before, when I went to quilt it, the problems started. The screening would not feed through the machine and kept getting stuck. I used my good ol' seam ripper and went at it. I have now figured out a different method to quilt it and will post pics of that shortly.
This is my second quilt for my 'Circle Me Silly' workshop. I love it.. although you may notice what happens when you don't buy enough fabric! Have to figure out how to fix that problem=)
This one is just me totally experimenting and having fun. I don't know what I am going to do with them yet, so they may be on my design wall for a bit.
Got a favourite? Got any suggestions? I love hearing from you!

You are embracing modern quilting. Like them all. Love the leaf motif in the last one!
oh there are at least three on the go, and I'm not including any of those WIPs that are verging on UFOs - they're still out and visible, but not getting worked on!
Like them all Jackie, but those leaves are really cool!
I really just have a question. What type of screening are you using? What material is it made from?
(I do love the split and shifted circles. And those leaves are just lovely.)
Hi! I love the halfed balls and feathers! Beautiful and great idea! x Teje
I love all of them but the leaves have especially caught my interest. They're stunning. I'm also guilty of having more than one project on the go, at the same time.
I really like the leaves. I always have a few projects on the go.
I always have more than one project on the go - and more in the brain and on paper!
I really like those leaves! I can see them on a border of a wall-hanging or on a table runner.

The leaves are wonderful. How big are they? If they are large they would be nice if they were edged with binding and appliqued to a background. Denyse Schmidt did a tobacco leaf quilt in this way and it is lovely.
I love the sunshine and shadow effect of the netting on your little quilt. I too find that netting shifts. What I do is pin well and stitch in the ditch with invisible thread to anchor it before quilting. I look forward to seeing how you solve the shifting!
