Sweet Divinity Purse

Okay, have you seen enough Sweet Divinity yet from me?  No, I didn't think so.  This fabric is too much fun not to sew with.   But I did get a sneak peek of Amanda's next line of fabric 'Sugar and Spice'  and let me just say.... so so perfect!

Anyway, my other son decided to go to the birthday party that my first son was going to.   I needed a gift for him too.   Off to create with my Sweet Divinity.... I decided every little girl needs a cute little purse.
This one has a soft ribbon for the strap, a cute button to cover the closure and the inside has striped fabric.

I kinda want one myself.

Also very cute! I wish I could think to whip up something for my daughter's little friends. I always tend to make too much out of it and make it too difficult. I like how you whip up something so quick and effective!

Any teenage girl (or pre-teen) would love this)!

Thanks for visiting my blog and your nice comment to me. I was never a traditional quilter, but I used to make clothing and a lot of hats. Your purse ideas and especially that carrying case for pens are great. You are young enough to go anywhere. Keep working. You'll get there. Good luck with the show entry.
